1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, platforms, applications, and related non-clinical services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Zeta Labs, LLC (“Zeta Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or otherwise interacting with the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any applicable healthcare provider notices.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old and located within the United States.

2. Nature of Services & Medical Disclaimer

Zeta Labs, LLC does not provide medical care or medical advice. We provide a technology platform that facilitates connections between users and independent, licensed healthcare providers (“Providers”) affiliated with independent medical practices.

  • Providers are independent and not employees or agents of Zeta Labs
  • All clinical decisions are made solely by Providers
  • Any patient-provider relationship exists strictly between you and the Provider
  • We do not recommend or endorse any specific treatment, medication, or Provider

All content made available through the Services is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

3. Telehealth Risks

By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of telehealth, which may include:

  • Interruptions or delays due to technical issues
  • Limited access to complete medical records
  • Reduced clarity of transmitted images or information
  • Potential security or privacy risks associated with electronic communications

You consent to receiving communications electronically, including methods that may not be fully secure.

4. Prescriptions

  • Providers determine whether a prescription is appropriate in their sole discretion
  • There is no guarantee that medication will be prescribed
  • Controlled substances are not prescribed through the platform
  • Prescriptions are intended solely for personal use
  • You may select your preferred pharmacy where permitted by law

You are responsible for reviewing all medication-related information and consulting with a qualified professional as needed.

5. Not Insurance

Zeta Labs, LLC is not an insurance provider. Fees paid are for access to services and do not constitute insurance premiums or coverage.

6. Eligibility & Geographic Restrictions

You agree that:

  • You are physically located within the United States when using the Services
  • Access is subject to applicable laws and Provider availability in your state
  • You are legally eligible to receive healthcare services

Use of the Services outside of the United States is not permitted.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments
You agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed through third-party providers. We do not store your payment details.

Subscriptions

  • Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled in advance
  • You may cancel through your account or by contacting support
  • Pricing changes will apply to future billing cycles and will be communicated

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Orders, Fulfillment & Returns

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary
  • Responsibility for items transfers upon delivery to the carrier
  • Returns are governed by our Return Policy

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

9. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act.

  • No class actions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
